Biography
John “JJ” Watts joined NCSSM as a Community Coordinator in 2014, and joined the inaugural staff on our Morganton campus as a Senior Community Coordinator in July 2022. Before coming to NCSSM, JJ spent time working with high-school-aged students at Eckerd Youth Alternatives as well as the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. At NCSSM, he has spent time working as one of two RLA Coordinators on campus and one of three Online Resource Coordinators. His current role includes teaching Residential Education curriculum in the classroom, where Financial Planning is a passion of his.
