NCSSM is committed to making information, programs, and activities on its websites and web applications accessible to people with disabilities.
Web Accessibility at NCSSM
As part of its mission, NCSSM is committed to “creating opportunities for broad access to exemplary public education,” and the school includes and welcomes people with disabilities and works to provide appropriate accommodations.
Websites and web applications are integral to the institution’s academic and administrative work. NCSSM is committed to making information, programs and activities on its websites and web applications accessible to people with disabilities through its Web Accessibility Policy.
The Web Accessibility Policy applies to websites and applications that conduct institutional business. Owners of such sites should be familiar with this policy and the Web Accessibility Procedure. The policy may also affect people in roles that work on institutional websites. People in roles that work on institutional websites and web applications should explore this website and take advantage of training.
To meet the requirements of the policy, institutional websites should comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.1 Level AA. Email questions about accessibility to webmaster@ncssm.edu
