Isaac “Ike” Green

Isaac H. Green, CFA, is the President of IH Green Co and has acted as a private investor, strategic advisor, and board member in the asset management industry since 2000. A career champion for diversity in the investment industry, Green is committed to professional excellence in discharging fiduciary responsibilities and brings over 40 years of investment experience.
He founded Piedmont Investment Advisors in 2000 and, as its Chief Investment Officer, built it into one of the nation’s top African American-owned investment management firms, overseeing more than $6 billion in assets under management (AUM). Prior to this, Green served as a board member at Loomis Sayles & Company, where he managed investment teams responsible for over $10 billion in AUM.
A native of Henderson, North Carolina, Green holds an AB in Economics and History from Duke University and an MBA from Columbia University. He is a CFA Charterholder and currently serves on the Advisory Board of CFA Society NC. Isaac and his wife, Pamela Martin Green, have two adult children, including Isaac (NCSSM ’10).
