Charlie Payne teaches physics part-time for the Residential and Online programs. He also serves as head cross country coach and assistant track and field coach. Prior to NCSSM, Charlie taught middle school and high school, all science disciplines, but always physics as one of his subjects. He also coached cross country and track and field at the University of Richmond and Duke University, as well as elite national and international runners. Charlie has a USATF Level II Coaching Certification in Endurance Events.
