Pam Oxendine started as a temporary employee in the Chancellor’s Office in July 2005 before beginning a permanent role as program assistant in the Counseling Department in January 2006. Along with her regular duties, she handles the sending of transcripts and organizes NCSSM’s College Fair and college visits. Before coming to NCSSM, Pam worked as a marketing manager with Time Warner Cable, Nortel Networks, and a financial group. Pam has five very successful grown children and three awesome grandbabies! She enjoys baking, dancing, and being around positive people! In her spare time, Pam teaches etiquette to children through fancy tea parties. She is also a board member serving as secretary of the Durham County Board of Elections. Pam earned her bachelor’s in business administration-management from Shaw University and her master’s in public administration from North Carolina Central University.
