Sydney Maynor is a social work graduate student at UNC-Chapel Hill completing her specialization year practicum at NCSSM-Durham. As a 2020 graduate of NCSSM, she is excited to return to the land of the unicorns as an intern in the counseling department. After graduation, she hopes to work in adolescent mental health, preferably in a school setting. She studied psychology and theater studies at Duke University, and her loyalty still lies with Duke despite currently being a Tar Heel. If you’d like to discuss college basketball, mental health, or navigating academics, she is always in her office (Wednesdays-Fridays).
