Matilda Howard Cooper joined NCSSM in April 2025 as Foundation Accounting Technician on our Durham campus. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in business administration. With a passion for financial management, Matilda embarked on her career in 1997, gaining extensive experience across both public and private sectors in various roles. Matilda finds joy spending quality time with her family and close friends. She has a deep appreciation for nature and enjoys gardening, bird watching, and unwinding by the shoreline, whether listening to the crashing waves or strolling along the beach. She is committed to excellence in both her career and personal life.
