Katie Seiz (she/her) joined NCSSM as the Director of Annual Giving in February 2025. In this role she is responsible for co-developing and executing a comprehensive annual giving program that strengthens and expands annual gifts from alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and other friends of NCSSM in support of our mission. Prior to joining the NCSSM team in 2025, she was the Annual Fund Manager at Triangle Land Conservancy (2022-2025) and the Executive Director at Durham Art Guild (2012-2022). In her volunteer time, Katie serves on the Board of Directors for Bike Durham and the Board of Directors for the Triangle chapter of Association of Fundraising Professionals, where she co-chairs the IDEA Committee. Some of her favorite things are hiking to waterfalls, quality time with her dog Ginger, and caring for her extensive house plant collection.
