Josh Chhabra joined NCSSM in September 2024 as IT Device Administrator for our Durham campus. Josh is an attentive IT professional who prides himself in being resourceful and detail-oriented. Over the course of his years of employment in the tech field, he has developed the necessary skill sets to provide white-glove customer support; create and maintain documentation; and provide collaborative technical assistance including troubleshooting and incident resolution with an emphasis on root cause analysis. Josh manages regular procurement of and recommendations for computing devices and peripherals for the institution across both physical campuses and online programs. When he isn’t working, he enjoys trail running, hiking, landscape photography, and long people-watching strolls down streets because humanity fascinates him on a daily basis.
