Jared Jeffries joined NCSSM in March 2023 as an IT Analyst on our Morganton campus. He has called many places “home” including Florida, South Carolina, and Georgia, but his heart has always been in North Carolina. Jared graduated from South Caldwell High School in Hudson, NC, and went on to earn an associate’s degree from Florence Darlington Technical College in Florence, SC, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Art Institute of Atlanta where he specialized in Game Art and Design. He served five years as Senior Desktop Support Technician at Francis Marion University. Cat dad to four, he enjoys gaming, woodworking, and growing gourmet mushrooms in his free time.
