Lee Welper, Data Architect, has worked at NCSSM for over a decade. Lee designed and manages the NCSSM data warehouse ands creates automations and data flows to capture institutional data for longitudinal reporting and analytics. Lee works closely with the CIO and VC of Institutional Effectiveness to implement data governance through the data stewardship groups, improve data quality, and provide support and resources to data managers.
