Since March 2022, Kristin Harrison has felt right at home at NCSSM, first as IT Applications Administrator, and beginning in 2025 as Director of IT Customer Service. She blends her love of learning, training, and technology, especially service design and automation, into one mission: making tech feel easy, friendly, and human for everyone on campus. Before NCSSM, Kristin supported distance learning at Caldwell Community College & Technical Institute (CCC&TI). She was featured in eLearn Magazine by Open LMS (2016, 2020), named CCC&TI Colleague of the Year (2020), and served as President, President-Elect, and Webmaster for NC3ADL, connecting with inspiring educators across North Carolina. Off campus, her favorite titles are wife and mom. She married her soulmate, Brandon, in 2007, and their daughter is her greatest joy. She loves traveling, writing, and capturing life through photography. Being at NCSSM still feels like a dream come true, and she’s grateful every day for such a vibrant, uplifting community.
