Suzanne Lambert joined NCSSM-Morganton in July 2022 as Office Manager/Academic Programs Coordinator. She was born and raised in Morganton, and from the age of five felt called to the teaching profession. She spent the first nine years of her career teaching in public and charter schools before joining Thales Academy, a private school located in Wake Forest in its inaugural year, 2007. During her tenure with Thales she served as a dual kindergarten teacher and administrator for the first Thales campus. For 15 years, she enjoyed contributing to the rapid growth and development of the school, and watched it grow from one small campus of 38 students to its current 13 campuses and 3500+ students. Suzanne and her husband, David, returned to Morganton after 20 years in Wake Forest and are proud to be parents to three children—Hayden, Bailey, and Brady. She loves reading, game nights, all types of sports, and breathing in salt air by the ocean!
