Randall Spence serves as Student Life & SCSSI Program Specialist at NCSSM, where he manages the technical execution of college planning software (SchooLinks), student transcripts, and university representative visits. In this dual-purpose role, Randall provides administrative and logistical support to both the Student Life division and Student and Constituent Support Services, Inc. (SCSSI)—facilitating travel, purchasing, and event needs for student clubs, academic competitions, and January Term while directly supporting the Vice Chancellor for Student Life leadership team.

Randall first joined NCSSM in 2018 as a Community Coordinator for 2nd East residence hall before serving as a Residential Life Assistant (RLA) Coordinator from 2021 to 2022. Moving into the Senior Community Coordinator role from 2022 to 2026, he directly supervised a team of Community Coordinators while managing residence hall staffing, staff training, department data collection, and emergency response.

A native of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, Randall brings a strong background in community programming and youth leadership to NCSSM. Prior to joining the institution, he served as Director of the Roanoke Canal Museum and Trail, Program Director for the 4-H Rural Life Center, and a summer camp counselor. An Eagle Scout, Randall has long been invested in community service and volunteering through 4-H, Venturing, and Scouting America. Outside of his work on campus, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs), reading, video games, and curating his physical media collection.
