Jenny Merrill joined NCSSM in January 2022 as the Dean of Students for the Morganton campus. Prior to coming to NCSSM, she worked at the Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts for over 10 years in Student Services. Jenny earned her bachelor’s degree from Rockhurst University and her master’s degree from Saint Louis University. She is passionate about making all students feel welcomed and included in campus life and enjoys getting to work with students and staff to provide opportunities for engagement both in the school and local community. Outside work, Jenny enjoys volunteering, spending time with her family, hiking, baking, and exploring new places.
