Tracy Fullgraf began her state service at the UNC System Office in September 1995. In August 2007, Tracy then moved on to a position with the North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority in Research Triangle Park where she worked until 2010. Before coming to NCSSM in 2012, she worked for a private company for a few years to assist them through a major transition and construction phase. Tracy thoroughly enjoys her role in Human Resources and strives to provide the best service to all customers. Since 2013, she has also served as an OSHR Statewide Mediator.
