Mikhaela Johnson joined NCSSM in August 2022 as an HR Specialist for our Morganton campus. She started her career with the State of North Carolina in 2020 as an HR Generalist with the Department of Health and Human Services. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in human resource management from Winthrop University, and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of South Carolina Upstate. She considers herself a lifelong learner and earned her Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional certification in 2024.
