Jada Smith joined the NCSSM team in January 2023 as the Travel and Personnel Associate on our Morganton campus. She credits much of her professional success to being a homeschooled student where leadership development, resource management, and communication skills were central themes throughout her education. These skillsets led to works as a creative in video production along with administrative management. She continues to enjoy videography and photography year round with a specific interest in fashion. Jada will gladly spend hours piecing together 1000-piece jigsaw puzzles, and will usually complete them within a week. Cooking has always been a love language of hers, so if you see her, definitely ask what’s on the menu.
