Kaleb Harwell joined NCSSM in March 2024 as an AV Specialist for our Morganton campus. Kaleb is an accomplished professional with a profound dedication to the audiovisual industry. With a lifelong passion for music and performance, he honed his technical skills by setting up AV equipment for numerous gigs and volunteering to manage tech operations at his local church. Driven by his love for AV, Kaleb pursued formal education, earning a bachelor’s degree in show production and touring from Full Sail University. This academic foundation laid the groundwork for a successful career, through which he has worked with organizations such as Seaworld, Legoland, Celebrity Cruises, Feld Entertainment, and Cirque Du Soleil. Kaleb’s extensive experience and expertise have positioned him as a valuable asset in his community. As the NCSSM-Morganton AV Specialist, he takes pride in sharing his wealth of knowledge with students, aiming to inspire and educate them about the boundless opportunities within the AV industry.
