Caroline Glover joined NCSSM in October 2023 as Director of Administrative Operations for our Morganton campus. Prior to joining NCSSM, Caroline worked as an Assistant Director of Student Engagement and the Bonner Scholars Program at the University of Richmond. In this role, she focused on creating high-impact learning and civic engagement opportunities for college students in the Greater Richmond area. Caroline has also developed living learning programs at Virginia Commonwealth University and coordinated internship initiatives with Action Greensboro in Greensboro, NC. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and her master’s degree in higher education at Elon University. While completing her graduate degree, Caroline served in a variety of roles which included: Board of Trustee Member, Strategic Planning Committee Representative, Presidential Search Committee Member, and Graduate Apprentice at the Office of the Registrar. Caroline was born and raised in Morganton, NC, and she enjoys hiking and exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains whenever she can get outdoors. She also loves music and is a self-proclaimed band nerd. Growing up, Caroline played the flute and piccolo in her high school and college marching bands, and she is now enjoying the new hobby of learning to play guitar.
