A new 360-degree video from the BBC lets anyone view CERN’s Large Hadron Collider and better appreciate its massive scale. Viewers can see parts of the 16 mile tunnel where particles fly at the speed of light, as well as the Compact Solenoid detector that searches for the Higgs Boson, dark matter and extra dimensions. Viewers who have VR goggles such as Google Cardboard can also view the video in virtual reality on YouTube, with resolutions up to 4K.
