Teleworking and Flexible Work Policy, Form, Guidelines, & Resources
North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics (NCSSM) supports the use of appropriate teleworking and/or flexible scheduling work options for employees. The purpose of the teleworking and flexible work resources is to establish standards for allowing Covered Employees to work at alternate work locations (other than the central workplace), including the employee’s home, for all or part of the workweek schedule, where the mutually agreed upon workweek schedule would still meet the same business needs, interests, and/or mission of NCSSM as though the work was being performed in the central workplace.
