Personal Services Contract
I-9 Verifications
HR completes I-9 verifications directly with new permanent and temporary employees via Workday. Department contacts coordinate the scheduling of these remote and in-person verification appointments with HR. Departments also communicate Workday’s I-9 requirements to the employee to ensure they are fully prepared for their verification with HR. This includes prompting the employee to complete Section 1 of the I-9 form in Workday when this task is received, uploading images of their acceptable I-9 documents, and being sure to have the original, physical I-9 documents with them at the time of their remote or in-person appointment.
