Employee Assistance Program
From financial pressures to workplace stress and family issues, life can be challenging. If you need help, the NCSSM Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available.
The EAP is a confidential counseling and resource program that is designed to help NCSSM employees and their families deal with both personal and work-related concerns. All permanent employees and their dependents are eligible. EAP services are provided to employees free of charge.
How the EAP Can Help
Trained counselors are available by phone 24 hours a days, seven days a week through NCSSM’s EAP offered by GuidanceResources. You or your family members may call the EAP at anytime.

- Workplace concerns, including communication with co-workers and other job stress issues
- Grieving the loss of a loved one
