Paul Namaste firmly believes in the power of education to transform people’s lives and the use of data to make better informed decisions. Whether it has been in the classroom as a professor, on campus working in student life, or in various organizations as an analyst, he has always viewed himself as an educator who tries to help people and organizations learn, grow, and improve. Paul lives with his wife, Nina, and his two children, Samira and Kai. He is originally from New England, where he developed his love of the outdoors. Paul also enjoys woodworking, home improvement projects, and reading sci-fi/fantasy novels. Lastly, no he was not born with the last name Namaste, but he would be happy to explain it to you over lunch or a cup of coffee if you wish.
