Full S.T.E.A.M. Ahead: Hogwarts Express

This course is designed to bring to life the joy of Hogwarts for Harry Potter enthusiasts through the exploration of several important S.T.E.A.M. topics. Throughout the week, students will explore a wide range of ideas from many different branches of science and math, including big concepts from physics, astronomy, botany, animal science, chemistry, and more. Students will enhance their academic studies through quintessential Hogwarts experiences, such as house sorting, wand making, quidditch matches — and even visits with live Owls. Each day, students will be engaged in collaborative, hands-on projects that allow them to deeply explore and interact with S.T.E.A.M. ideas, processes, and problems. Students will actively work through experiments and investigations to explore the mathematical and scientific concepts behind them. 

Students will get hands-on experiences in a variety of S.T.E.A.M. topics. They will develop their understanding of various concepts while also developing their ability to work collaboratively with their peers.
