My name is Michelle Flach. I am married and have two wonderful daughters who live in the Triangle area. We moved to Northeastern North Carolina about 20 years ago and I have been in the education field for 28 years. I’ve taught in Virginia and North Carolina. I have taught kindergarten through middle school. Previous teaching in general education and special education. I have been a Director of Student Support Services and Special Education. I’m currently an elementary AIG Facilitator split between two schools. I love inspiring students to never stop learning.
