Introduction to Neuroscience  (Fall)

Embark on an enthralling exploration into the complexities of the human brain with
Honors Introduction to Neuroscience. Discover the fundamentals of neurons, neuroanatomy,
and neuropsychology to understand how our brain functions at cellular, systemic, and
organismal levels. Through hands-on experiments and collaborative research, you can evaluate
and interpret scientific journals and data, design and conduct laboratory experiments, write an
effective lab report, communicate scientific concepts to an audience with diverse backgrounds,
and evaluate your performance.

Requirements:
●Prerequisites: B or higher in a general biology course through your local high
school or NCVPS
● Materials/Textbook: None
● Site Requirements: Ready access to a computer with internet and web conferencing
capabilities. Headphones equipped with built-in microphones are recommended for
shared spaces.
