Kathy Mueller joined NCSSM in 2002 as the part-time attendance coordinator, and in 2004 she became full-time and added textbook manager to her job description. In 2009 Kathy became the Administrative Assistant for Academic Programs, where she wears many hats. Her journey to NCSSM started in California, then Texas, then Indiana to Oklahoma, Michigan and finally here! She has held many positions throughout the years: Transportation Manager, Human Resource Manager, then worked in the school system in Michigan until her move to North Carolina. With each move, she was able to advance her career in each place in which she resided. It has been a great adventure. She shares joy with her husband, Dave, and two children, Jason and Danielle. And, most importantly, the arrival of her grandson keeps her busy. They spend much time at their lake house on Kerr Lake renovating and enjoying the view.
