Guido Gabbrielli started teaching in 2000 and, since 2005, has taught chemistry at NCSSM where he has developed various residential and online courses as well as served in several school roles. Prior to teaching, Guido gained 24 years of industrial experience as an R&D chemist and international business manager. He has a strong passion for developing and implementing student-centered learning pedagogical methods, teaching students the importance of polymers, and expanding NCSSM students’ world and cultural perspective. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Florida State University, and a master’s degree in textile engineering polymer chemistry from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as three national teaching certificates: National Board, COLT Online Instruction and Design, and the US Department of State Teachers for Global Classrooms.
