About The Instructor:

Hello Wonderful People! My name is Mr. Ormond, and I am so excited to join the NCSSM Summer Family! I have been teaching for over 10 years and I love education! I am big supporter of exposing students to the STEM field. A lot of my former students are pursuing those professions after high school. There are so many opportunities here in NC, let alone the South as a whole, it is amazing! Come explore science with me, and let’s become scientists in our own backyard!
