Over the last two decades, the face of finances has been evolving with the ever-evolving world of technology. The session will focus on all-things cryptocurrency and will explore how even teens can get in on the 21st-Century world of investments. Come prepared to learn about the history of digital finances and hear from experts in the financial industry.

Program Details:
The first week of each course takes place asynchronously and will consist of about 5 hours of work. During the second week of each course, students will interact with their instructor and other students via scheduled video conferencing meetings and will have about 15 hours of work for the week.
The synchronous portion of this course during the second week will be from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm Monday-Friday.

About The Instructor:
Kimberly “KPS” Perry-Sanderlin is excited to serve as a Summer Accelerator Online facilitator for the 5th year! KPS is in her 17th year as an educational practitioner; currently serving as Content Specialist for College and Career Readiness (7-12) for the district of Brevard Public Schools in Florida. Prior to her move to Florida, KPS served as a 6th-8th Language Arts/Social Studies educator, AIG Specialist, and Instructional Facilitator. KPS is also CEO/Co-Founder of SynergyEd Consulting. When not serving as a coach and facilitator, KPS enjoys swimming, reading, and traveling.
