What's On Campus |

|
Got some free time but don't want to leave campus? There are plenty of things
to do here to keep you busy. Burn off some energy in the Physical Education Center
where you can play basketball, workout in the fitness center, take an aerobics
or dance class in the dance studio, or drive yourself nuts on one of the racquetball
courts. If your idea of fun and relaxation tends to lean toward the more sedate or social, we've got you covered there, too. The Student Center has a reading room for a quiet place to read that great novel you've been meaning to finish, a lounge area with a large screen TV when books are the last thing on your mind, and the Woolworth room to accommodate those larger groups that might just need to cut loose. There are more than enough computer labs, all updated as of Summer 2003, places to hang out and soak up sun, a swingset, and even a coffee house-style entertainment lounge. On top of that, we're adding more stuff all the time. When the new Bryan Center opens, we'll have added a coffee bar and a student store. If your down-time is a little more organized, there's an assembly hall for small meetings and low-key occasions and a great auditorium, equipped with state-of-the-art sound and lighting for the many student-led performances during the year So, really, it's not a question of "What is there to do?" It's a question of "What are you in the mood for?" |
