Agency’s Mission Statement:

To increase the capacity of the people of Wayne County to care for one another by identifying human needs and supporting programs that have the greatest impact on impounding lives.

Agency’s Goals and Programs Offered to Clients/People Served:

The United Way has three main areas of focus: education futures for families, health and wellness, and stabilizing personal crisis. These goals are reached by the funding of various non-profit organizations.

This agency improves the lives of around 28,400 people per year through the funding of approximately of 25 programs.
