Agency’s Goals and Programs:

The library aims to improve literacy by providing books and providing opportunities to help with resume-making and sources used to add information when looking for jobs. The main focus is information literacy.

Agency Impact on Community:

The library has encouraged others to free their minds and search for knowledge. It has also provided children pre-reading skills and a safe, quiet, comfortable, environment for learning and studying.

Volunteer Duties:

• Working between the history and children’s section of the library
• Helping provide guidance for children with summer reading
• Entering data and information on the history floor
• Stocking shelves
• Working on computers to keep things organized
