Mission Statement:

To reach the Chinese community for Christ, and to transform them into fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ by becoming a reverent, Christ-centered community that glorifies God.

Agency’s Goals and Programs:

RCCC offers a multitude of programs for members/visitors of all ages. In addition to weekly Sunday service, there is a weekly prayer meeting and various holiday services. For children, there is a choir and an annual Bible camp as well as separate Sunday school. Youth (grades 7-12) and college students meet weekly and host events such as game nights and volunteering. Adults are placed in fellowship groups.

Agency Impact on Community:

RCCC has provided a common ground for Asians, specifically Chinese, to build lasting relationships since its founding. The church mentors Chinese in the Cary area with limited English and teaches them to be fluent in the English language.

Volunteer Duties:

• Holding Bible camps for children
• Planning lessons for the camp
• Teaching the kids
• Preparing and performing musical/comical acts with the children
• Preparing crafts and instructing them to the kids
• Serving families through yard work and household labor
• Entertaining refugees from Laos
• Acting as a teacher assistant for Vacation Bible School
