Pope John Paul II Catholic School is dedicated to forming the hearts and minds of our students according to the teachings of the Roman Catholic Faith and the highest standard of academic excellence.

Agency’s Goals and Programs offered to Clients/People Served

Pope John Paul II School is a pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade Catholic elementary and middle school in the Diocese of Raleigh. The curriculum stresses academic achievement within a Christian community where the child feels that he or she is loved and respected by his or her peers as well as the teacher. There is emphasis on principles rather than fact, on learning through problem solving rather than by precept.

Agency’s Impact on the Community

Since its inception in 2002, Pope John Paul II School has provided an opportunity for exceptional education for children. Children are taught academics to build their brains, theology, and moral values to build their souls. Community outreach teaches students to look outside of their world and help others, regardless of race or creed.

Volunteer Duties

• Help unpack boxes
• Rearrange new rooms
• Assist with Summer Academy
