The Center is committed to excellence in science education by providing the community with a dynamic, experimental, and family-focused attraction designed to inspired scientific curiosity and encourage personal discovery about life and the natural world.

Agency’s Goals and Programs offered to Clients/People Served

The agency’s goal is to educate the public about science through their museum, planetarium, nature center, and zoo. They offer sumer classes for children that teach them chemistry, biology, and physics.

Agency’s Impact on the Community

Last year alone 26,000 people visited the Natural Science Center. The Natural Science Center acts as a community resource by being an accredited zoo and museum while also having a planetarium. It impacts every age group by providing scientific information to its customers.
