Agency’s Mission Statement

God Our Father, we ask you to make Holy Trinity Parish, a Catholic Community dedicated to the teaching of Christ. May the Brace of the Holy Spirit Empower us to share our love of Christ with each other and all of Creation. We ask this through Christ our Lord.

Agency’s Goals and Programs Offered to Clients/People Served

The general goal for Holy Trinity is to offer quality programs for families all year long. There are Family Fun Nights, Fine Arts Programs, and Vacation Bible School. For these programs, activites include basketball and volleyball games, English as a second language, board games, sing alongs, and hot dinners.

Impact the Agency Has Made on the Community

Holy Trinity has impacted the Martin County community area as well as some neighboring counties (Bertie and Pitt County.) There are many ways in which Holy Trinity impacts the community. Through the Holy Trinity Caring House, Food Bank of the Albemarle, Wal-Mart, Food Lion, and Feeding America, many families are fed. Holy Trinity’s purpose is to ensure the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of every person.

Duties You Will Perform as a Volunteer

• Receive and organize donations (i.e. food, clothes and furniture)
• Assist those in need
• Organize flyers and distribute them
• Make phone calls for notifications of activities and programs
• Translate phone calls to reach Spanish-speaking families
• Teach in the Fine Arts Program
• Pick up food donations
• Assist in administration
