We strive to bridge the gap between landlords and tenants, particularly the working poor. We will work to provide the working poor with affordable housing.
Agency’s Goals and Programs offered to Clients/People Served
| Providing rent guarantees to landlords, overcomes the restrictions and rejections our clients face when looking for housing. This approach also eliminate the security deposit requirement that often hard to find in the budget of most homeless or working poor tenants. |
Agency’s Impact on the Community
| There are several important contributions to our community under our program:
1- Reduction of homelessness.
2- Reduction of vacancies in the rental market which also lead to better utilization of assets and reduce cost of rentals.
3- A win-win economic impact between the landlord and tenant
4- Elevation of the pain and suffering experienced by the homesless.
