Agency Mission Statement:

To inspire, educate, and develop value-based leaders committed to personal integrity, professional ethics, and selfless service.

Agency Goals and Programs:

The leadership center tries to help individuals develop leadership skills with honesty, integrity, social responsibility, diversity, and compassion. The center has leadership scholarships for college students, a leadership forum every year for professionals, and camps in the summer for high school students.

Agency Impact:

The leadership center has helped college students get through college, helped professionals develop their leadership skills, and helped high school students develop their leadership as well. It has instilled values of honesty, integrity, social responsibility, diversity, and compassion into the target audience so that leaders of the community will use these values.

Volunteer Duties:

• Acting as a peer leader or counselor
• Leading the students in developing their individual and team leadership abilities
• Assisting in keeping the camp running in an orderly fashion
• Doing paperwork in the office
