The counselor-in-training program trains young Christians on all aspects of Christian leadership and summer camp staff duties. Many counselors from the CIT program go on to be counselors at other camps as well as serve in other organizations.

Agency’s Impact on the Community

The CIT has ensured the competence of Camp Living Water and has aided the development of numerous Christian organizations.
