Agency Goals and Programs: All Orange County Literacy Council programs help teach adults basic skills that will help them communicate and get through their daily lives with greater ease. Our Adult Literacy Program is designed to help adult learners improve their reading, writing, math and computer skills. Our ESOL Program helps adult, non-native speakers who want to improve their comprehension of written and spoken English. The council offers many classes across the county that not only help people learn to read but that also teach them to lead a better life through educating them about basic English/American concepts and cultures.
