HCPL offers computers with high speed internet, books, homework help, and many other references, using both print and online sources, to fulfill our community’s needs. HCPL maintains a balanced and organized collection of high quality materials and provides professional assistance to others. We have various programs, especially for kids and young adults, that allow them to participate in story hours, art and music programs, afterschool events, and summer reading programs.
