The hospital offers many programs to meet these needs. Examples include, but are not limited to, Halifax HealthLink and various support groups. Agency Impact: HRMC is the leading employer in Halifax County. It provides approximately 800 jobs. Because of its location on I-95, the hospital not only touches the lives of residents here but also many that travel through the area. Not only does this happen, but we also give the students a head start on what they will be learning in the school year to come. Agency’s Goals and Programs offered to Clients/People Served The goals of the agency  are to take students who were struggling  in school (i.e. below grade level) and make sure that they are where they need to be and that they are confident with their reading and math skills. Agency’ s Impact on the Community This agency makes sure that kids are getting the education that they need.
