Agency’s Mission Statement

To provide primary medical care services to the uninsured, working poor of Wake County, and enhance utilization of free/reduced-cost health care resources in community via referral process and promoting self-empowerment.

Agency’s Goals and Programs offered to Clients/People Served

1) Provide acute and chronic medical care, as well as preventative care.

2) To maintain quality services that include laboratory and pharmacy services as well as specialty services such as high-risk eye clinic, ENT, GYN, and cardiovascular.

Agency’s Impact on the Community

Drastic improvement in overall chronic health status and a decrease in visitations to surrounding emergency room/urgent care sites are included in the agency’s impact.
