Agency’s Goals and Programs:

Alexander Family YMCA offers programs such as Nursery, Pre-School, Youth Teens, Adult Fitness, Aquatics, Training, and Family & Fellowship.

Agency Impact on Community:

Alexander Family YMCA positively impacts children’s lives by teaching them leadership, love, Bible characters, praise and worship, and creativity.

Volunteer Duties:

• Counseling rising 1st-6th graders at Half-Day Summer Camp
• Helping the Y Guides and Princesses Program with taking care of campers from Camp Seagull and Seafarer arriving at the airport
• Assisting with preparation for next year’s program
• Compiling a database for the program while doing basic administrative work that will organize the program for this upcoming year
