4/15/13 - Conrad Team takes First Place!

Congratulations to the Conrad Team for winning first place for their portable ozone sensor. This product would provide a personal, portable sensor that collects data and sends it via smartphone to a 'crowdsourcing' data base.  This would allow one to determine if they want to cancel their tennis match due to ozone levels and exercise in doors today or it could be used to change your bike route if you see from app that the concentration of ozone is greater along the route you usually take.

Project was product from efforts of Bowman/Brockman, Entrepreneurship Applications, and RChem.

Parth Thakker, Monal Depani, Irwiin Li, and Anshul Subramanya won $10,000 to develop this product.
