Korah Wiley, M.S., Instructor of Biology

Education
B.S. in Biochemistry, Texas A&M University
M.S. in Molecular Cancer Biology, Duke University

In January 2006, I joined the NCSSM Science Department in the Biology Discipline having just completed my master's degree at Duke University.  My primary courses at that time were Anatomy and Physiology and Forensic Science; however, since then I have added Molecular and Cellular Biology as well as Immunology to my course repertoire.  Having been trained as a cancer researcher, I look for opportunities to incorporate new research and clinical findings into my courses.  Moreover, I am always willing to try new ideas to enhance the education process, a willingness that is driven by my passion for teaching and learning.
