Honors/AP Calculus (AB) (Interactive videoconference)



Honors/AP Calculus (AB) is the equivalent of a college-level first semester in Calculus. 


The content of the course is very theoretical & demanding and requires you to have a solid background of the concepts covered in Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and Trigonometry. 


To meet the requirements of the College Board Advanced Placement Program for Calculus (AB), the following units will be covered this school year: 


Unit 1:  Preparation for the Calculus (Pre-Calc & Trig Review)


Unit 2:  Understanding Limits & Derivatives


 Unit 3:  Techniques of Differentiation


 Unit 4:  Applications of Derivatives


 Unit 5:  Introduction to Integration


Unit 6:  Methods & Applications of Integration


Unit 7:  Areas, Volumes, & Integration
