Application for 2013-14
Submit the application form by Monday, May 6, 2013. For more information, email Ms. Cox at cox@ncssm.edu.
Responsibilities may include answering common technical questions; troubleshooting hardware and software issues; supporting software programs, such as MathCAD and Mathmatica; backing up data; or rebuilding machines. Staff may service laptops, smart phones, tablets, e-book readers, and/or mp3 players.
Students will be expected to work primarily during lunch and after 5 p.m., when technical assistance is in the highest demand; however, additional operating hours may be added in the future. Training will be provided by ITS and LITCOM staff.

The resources for media production, editing, and transfer are available on a self-service basis. Assistance with producing, editing, duplicating and transferring to digital media formats using professional equipment is provided by appointment.
